About the role
Join Mastercard's Data & Services team to drive growth for Retail and Commerce partners worldwide. As a Managing Consultant you will generate excitement for cutting‑edge loyalty, personalization and business experimentation solutions, building lasting relationships with global customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects in key markets, generating and qualifying leads for D&S products and services.
- Promote Mastercard’s portfolio to retailers, airlines, hotels, consumer goods and telecom companies, with a focus on travel.
- Manage a portfolio of customers post‑sale, expanding relationships and revenue over time.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring efficient and seamless processes.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and projections, delivering consistent personal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities to signed deals and foster a team‑oriented sales environment.
Required profile
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within retail, travel or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong networking ability and confidence initiating contact with new prospects.
- Customer‑first mindset with the skill to uncover needs and craft innovative strategies.
- Excellent relationship‑management capabilities to grow buying centres and secure lasting partnerships.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
