New Vehicle Sales Executive – Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated New Vehicle Sales Executive to join a well‑established, NZ‑owned multi‑franchise dealership group in Greenlane. You will be responsible for selling new cars, presenting stock, and driving showroom traffic while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new vehicles and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up on all generated leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Ensure all stock is attractively presented and up‑to‑date.
• Utilise the company CRM system to track interactions and opportunities.
• Maximise unit profits through effective pricing and upselling.
• Support vehicle marketing initiatives and after‑sales upsell.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive vehicle sales.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑focused approach.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
