About the role
We are looking for a motivated New Vehicle Sales Executive to join a well‑established, NZ‑owned multi‑franchise dealership group in Greenlane. You will be responsible for selling new cars, presenting stock, and driving showroom traffic while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Sell new vehicles and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on all generated leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Ensure all stock is attractively presented and up‑to‑date.
- Utilise the company CRM system to track interactions and opportunities.
- Maximise unit profits through effective pricing and upselling.
- Support vehicle marketing initiatives and after‑sales upsell.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive vehicle sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer‑focused approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
