About the role
As a Territory Manager for the North Shore area of Auckland, you will drive sales performance across your assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and managing the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for delivering growth in both value and volume while ensuring in‑store excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Grow market share through strong in‑store execution, pricing, promotions and product visibility.
- Deliver key sales KPIs, including Executing Outlet Excellence (EOE) and Picture of Success (PICOS) standards.
- Implement national channel strategies locally, covering product ranging, positioning and activations.
- Plan and manage the territory with structured call cycles, store reviews and data‑driven sales planning.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, delivering joint plans, activations and insights.
- Monitor competitor activity, identify opportunities and act as the “eyes and ears” in the market.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Business (desired).
- 1‑2 years of selling experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven success as a sales professional in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
- Completion of channel‑specific retail and hospitality training modules.
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence (mandatory for field sales).
