Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on business sales, acquisitions and restructures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial and/or property law.
• Strong communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring or being mentored.
