About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our Tauranga office. You will handle a diverse range of disputes, from commercial and property matters to contract recovery and trust issues, while enjoying a supportive environment that respects work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on civil and commercial disputes.
- Manage litigation matters from initial advice through to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and settlement documentation.
- Appear in court, mediations and negotiations.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Required profile
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience in civil litigation.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy abilities.
- Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities confidently.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring or being mentored.
