About the role
This 6‑month maternity cover position is based in Parnell and supports daily administrative and coordination tasks within a professional services environment. You will assist with client onboarding and off‑boarding, manage multiple inboxes, and help schedule client meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Manage several email inboxes and coordinate client meetings.
- Draft proposals, engagement letters, and client invoices.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal review and client updates.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the integration of new tools.
Required profile
- Strong administration and coordination abilities.
- Proven experience handling billing or invoicing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Process‑driven mindset with a curiosity for experimenting with AI.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm or professional services setting is a plus.
