We are seeking a high‑performance Business Development Manager to drive new testing and maintenance contracts across a range of industries in Auckland. The ideal candidate is a proven sales hunter who thrives on building relationships, creating demand, and converting prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new testing and maintenance opportunities.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and professional written submissions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and represent the business professionally.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, meet and exceed budgets and KPIs.
• Report accurately on activities and outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Hunter mentality with high energy, resilience and strategic focus.
• Excellent presentation, communication and written English skills.
• Professional, confident and commercially astute.
• NZ residency or legal right to work in New Zealand.
