Corporate Sales Manager (Enterprise) – New Zealand

About the role

We are looking for a driven sales hunter to expand Halter’s corporate market segment across existing and new accounts in New Zealand. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with large farming businesses, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering high‑value contracts that accelerate our growth in the ag‑tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities within the largest farming enterprises in New Zealand.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across corporate layers.
• Manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities, creating urgency and advancing deals to closure.
• Negotiate and close high‑value contracts, often in boardroom settings.
• Report key performance indicators to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure delivered value and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven “hunter” mindset with a track record of driving complex enterprise sales.
• Experience selling to large agricultural or related enterprises.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills, capable of adapting messaging to different corporate levels.
