Sales Development Representative – Remote (ANZ)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team covering Australia and New Zealand. You will be the first point of contact for prospective short‑term‑rental operators in the APAC region, helping them discover the value of Hostaway’s AI‑powered vacation‑rental platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and decision‑makers in the APAC market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach and social selling.
• Qualify leads, understand prospect needs and present Hostaway’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong cold‑calling and prospecting abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
