We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our Tauranga office. You will handle a diverse range of disputes, from commercial and property matters to contract recovery and trust issues, while enjoying a supportive environment that respects work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on civil and commercial disputes.
• Manage litigation matters from initial advice through to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and settlement documentation.
• Appear in court, mediations and negotiations.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years post‑qualification experience in civil litigation.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy abilities.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities confidently.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring or being mentored.
