About the role

Join T2 Tea’s vibrant retail team as a Casual Sales Assistant, delivering an immersive tea experience to customers. You’ll provide world‑class service, develop deep product knowledge, and help create memorable moments in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and share tea stories with shoppers.
• Continuously expand knowledge of T2 products to become a tea‑brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock, including receiving and replenishment.
• Execute visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced retail setting.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous.
