Customer Service Representative – Retail (Wanaka)

About the role

Join Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka as a Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional service to shoppers in a fast‑growing retail environment. You will work in either the Decorator Department (paint, electrical, camping, RTA) or the Seasonal Department (heating, outdoor furniture), helping customers find the right products and enjoy a welcoming store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area and manage time efficiently.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Use point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer tools to process transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
