Senior Account Manager – Oncology Sales

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead Oncology sales across New Zealand. You will build and nurture relationships with key clinicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists while working within a collaborative, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and activity targets across New Zealand.
• Develop strong, long‑term relationships with specialist customers in both public and private settings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to create and execute key account plans for the Oncology portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities by leveraging market trends and insights.
• Optimise private program models and operational workflows across private clinics.
• Communicate product and clinical information confidently to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record, preferably selling to hospital specialists and related stakeholders.
• Experience building partnerships with clinicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists.
• Ability to work effectively in a ‘one team’ environment with cross‑functional support.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate trends into business opportunities.
