About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to turn warm leads into qualified sales appointments for WFS Group’s high‑ticket education and consulting programs. You will work with a steady flow of leads that have already opted‑in to our marketing campaigns and help fill our closers’ calendars with prospects ready to discuss premium offers.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our products.
- Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and schedule sales appointments for senior closers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve lead conversion processes.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Motivated, goal‑oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and stay organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.
