About the role
Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its commercial teams in Auckland. The role provides essential administrative assistance to ensure sales and marketing strategies are executed efficiently in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate development, approval, distribution, and supply of demo equipment and sales collateral, liaising with external agencies and sales teams.
- Process marketing invoices and service contracts, reconciling with finance.
- Organise internal and external events, including conferences with healthcare professionals.
- Support Product and Marketing/Group Managers with non‑customer duties and equipment management.
- Assist business unit leaders with various administrative tasks.
- Test and support rollout of sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with cross‑functional teams, sales teams, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organisational skills to alleviate workload on the broader marketing team and ensure timely provision of materials.
