About the role

Join Crimson Education’s New Zealand team as a Sales and Marketing Associate, where you will manage the inbound admissions pipeline and ensure every prospective family receives a seamless, high‑touch experience. You will be the first point of contact, booking Initial Consultations for Academic Advisors and keeping the sales process running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Book Initial Consultations between qualified families and Academic Advisors.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records in Salesforce so Advisors are fully briefed for each call.
• Provide fortnightly pipeline and performance updates to management.
• Qualify inbound leads, ask guided questions, and build genuine rapport.
• Follow up with event attendees promptly and thoughtfully.
• Assist in planning and executing local events, school talks, career expos, and Crimson seminars.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
