Online Assistant (Order Picking & Packing)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team. You will play a key part in ensuring online customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
