Picker/Packer – Team Member (Christchurch)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Picker/Packer to join our Christchurch team at Davin Industries. You will play a key part in ensuring components and finished goods are accurately selected, packed and ready for shipment in a fast‑moving sheet‑metal manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack components and finished products according to order specifications.
- Perform quality checks on items as required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and related documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
Required profile
- Previous experience in order picking or packing.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
- Safety‑conscious attitude.
- Desirable experience in a QA or inspection role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
