Picker/Packer – Team Member (Christchurch)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Picker/Packer to join our Christchurch team at Davin Industries. You will play a key part in ensuring components and finished goods are accurately selected, packed and ready for shipment in a fast‑moving sheet‑metal manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack components and finished products according to order specifications.
• Perform quality checks on items as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and related documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.

Required profile

• Previous experience in order picking or packing.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
• Safety‑conscious attitude.
• Desirable experience in a QA or inspection role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
