About the role
Boost is looking for an Office All Rounder, also known as a Studio Coordinator, to join its Wellington office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, help create a welcoming environment, and support the team with a variety of administrative and cultural initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors, manage reception duties and ensure a positive first impression.
- Champion the company’s hospitality values by organising coffee, catering, and office platters.
- Plan and execute team events throughout the year.
- Provide general administrative support and adapt tasks to meet team needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve office flow and take initiative to implement solutions.
- Maintain a smooth, connected, and enjoyable workplace.
Required profile
- Warm, approachable, and able to build strong professional relationships.
- Social and able to read the room, lifting energy when needed.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to seek feedback and develop the role.
- Self‑directed, collaborative, and comfortable asking for help.
- Adaptable to change and eager to take on responsibilities beyond the core duties.
