Head of Legal

About the role

Tracksuit is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps brands track their performance worldwide. We are looking for a Head of Legal to own and evolve our legal function as we scale across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and close customer, partnership and vendor agreements across jurisdictions.
• Lead legal workstreams for fund‑raising, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, from due diligence to closing.
• Provide product and technology counsel on new features, data licensing, IP protection, AI and emerging tech.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy, regulatory and governance requirements in all operating markets.
• Manage the employee share‑option program (ESOP) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain legal operations, processes and tools, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Advise the executive team and Board on risk, corporate structure and governance as the company expands internationally.

Required profile

• Seasoned lawyer who uses law to enable business growth rather than impede it.
• Experience as an early legal hire in a fast‑growing company or in scaling a legal function.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a global SaaS business.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to find pragmatic solutions.
