About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with at least five years post‑qualification experience to join a leading offshore firm's Corporate & Funds team in the Cayman Islands. This position offers the chance to work in a scenic, low‑tax jurisdiction while handling high‑quality corporate work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate and fund legal advice to clients operating in the Cayman Islands.
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation and agreements.
- Support the busy Corporate & Funds team with day‑to‑day legal matters.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years post‑qualification experience (5+ PQE).
- Corporate and funds experience, preferably from a leading international law firm.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong desire to live and work in the Cayman Islands.
