About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders and help shape a seamless, welcoming office environment in Auckland. This high‑trust position blends traditional executive support with broader office‑experience responsibilities, offering variety and the chance to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high‑quality executive support, including complex diary and inbox management (Outlook).
- Coordinate meetings end‑to‑end: agendas, papers, minutes and follow‑ups.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership visits and ensure smooth execution.
- Arrange travel and logistics for executives and visiting staff.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment and manage day‑to‑day coordination.
- Organise events ranging from team sessions to member and leadership activities.
- Assist with onboarding and general administration for Auckland‑based teams.
- Champion a positive, connected culture across locations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑support role.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders with strong judgement and discretion.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and able to build trusted professional relationships.
- Service‑mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Advanced diary and priority management using Outlook.
