About the role
The Chief Financial Officer will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy and improve financial clarity in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. You will lead the transition from entrepreneurial growth to a structured, scalable global operation while maintaining momentum.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and partner on overall business direction.
- Build the architecture to support international expansion.
- Strengthen governance, controls, and capital readiness.
- Improve financial visibility and decision‑making across the business.
- Influence broader operations, bringing structure, alignment, and accountability.
- Build a high‑performing, scalable, lean finance function.
Required profile
- Experienced CFO with breadth across finance, operations, HR, legal, or broader business leadership.
- Background in fast‑growth technology environments (SaaS or marketplace).
- Proven track record of adding structure without slowing momentum.
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic capability.
- Calm authority in high‑growth, high‑change environments.
- Comfortable operating closely with founders and entrepreneurial teams.
