Team Leader – Levy Administration (Revenue Operations)

About the role

ACC is seeking a Team Leader for Levy Administration within its Revenue Operations division. You will lead a high‑performing team that processes levy‑related requests from business customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service timeframes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for levy administration.
• Ensure accurate processing of levy requests within agreed service levels.
• Plan resources, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews and drive capability‑building.
• Collaborate with a fellow Team Leader to align resourcing and shared ways of working.
• Utilise performance data and reporting to shape work plans and optimise resource use.
• Maintain a positive customer experience for ACC’s business clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and supporting people in an operational environment.
• Strong coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to use performance information to build work plans.
• Confidence to hold constructive and courageous conversations.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on improvement.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand at the time of application.
