Key responsibilities
- Process high‑volume accounts payable invoices and manage timesheets.
- Prepare and issue client invoices.
- Provide general office support and assist the finance team with day‑to‑day tasks.
- Support the modernization of financial systems and help streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts payable or accounts administration.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of invoices, timesheets, and detailed data.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence to follow up on issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands‑on attitude.
- Organised, reliable and able to thrive in a busy environment.
