About the role
As an Account Manager on the Woolworths team, you will partner with the retailer to design and execute growth strategies that benefit both Mondelēz and Woolworths. You will build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and ensure the seamless delivery of the joint business plan.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share through strategic account management.
- Develop trusted relationships with Woolworths, understanding their business needs and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio, providing expert guidance and support.
Required profile
- Strong desire to accelerate your career and achieve results.
- Proven account management experience, preferably with Woolworths and in the impulse category.
- Ambitious, driven and capable of working independently.
- Project‑management experience is an advantage.
