About the role

MECCA, Australia's leading prestige beauty retailer, is looking for a passionate Zone Manager to lead its Queenstown store on a full-time basis. The role supports the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success through strong communication and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store
• Lead from the front, driving store success through strong communication and upskilling the team
• Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values

Required profile

• Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service
• Confidence in giving feedback to develop and coach team members
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
• First 90 days of employment for new MECCA employees are subject to a trial period
