Store Operations Manager - MECCA Queenstown

About the role

MECCA, Australia's leading prestige beauty retailer, is looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to lead its Queenstown store on a full-time basis. The role leads the operations team and keeps the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and keep the store looking great
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
• Manage and audit stocktakes
• Build an effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and regular feedback
• Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values

Required profile

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Genuine care for people and a commitment to giving team members the best possible experience
