Account Manager, Collision

About the role

Partly is building AI-powered repair software for the automotive industry, and is hiring an Account Manager, Collision to own the collision repairer relationships across the South Island. This is a hands-on account role: you will be on the road in workshops, the point of contact for panel and paint shops, and the voice of repairers to Product and Engineering. The company is headquartered in Austin, TX, with offices in London, Christchurch and Auckland.

Key responsibilities

• Own the repairer book and act as the day-to-day contact for owners, estimators and parts staff at collision repairers across the South Island.
• Drive weekly use: take newly signed repairers from handoff to weekly active, then keep them there with regular check-ins and training.
• Spot churn early by watching usage, reach out before a shop drifts, and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Grow accounts by finding opportunities for more users, more sites and more value, working with Sales to land them.
• Resolve issues end to end, working directly with Support, Product and Engineering.
• Turn what you hear in workshops into clear, structured feedback for the wider team.

Required profile

• Collision repair experience, either inside a repairer or as a supplier, insurer or assessor working with them (strongly preferred).
• Account management or customer success experience managing many relationships without losing detail.
• Comfortable with data and tools, living in the CRM and dashboards.
• Self-directed, able to plan your own week across a large region.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across the South Island.
• Bonus: experience selling or supporting software for workshops or parts suppliers.
