Zone Manager - MECCA Dunedin

About the role

MECCA, Australia's leading prestige beauty retailer, is looking for a passionate Zone Manager to lead its MECCA Dunedin store in New Zealand. The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, 22 to 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the store.
• Lead from the front, driving store success through strong communication and upskilling the team.
• Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
• A genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
• Confidence in giving feedback to develop and coach team members.
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
• First 90 days of employment for new MECCA employees are subject to a trial period.
