About the role
We are looking for a Yard Coordinator to join our well‑known automotive business in Dunedin. The role is hands‑on and operational, offering a variety of tasks in a dynamic yard environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily movement and storage of vehicles, equipment and civil machinery within the yard.
- Ensure safe and efficient access hire processes and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of yard inventory and equipment usage.
- Support the team by troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely solutions.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with civil machinery or in access‑hire environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in a fast‑paced setting.
