About the role
This position is responsible for identifying human resource and talent needs, planning and managing the recruitment process, and supporting new employee onboarding to ensure a productive start.
Key responsibilities
- Identify talent and workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans.
- Organize candidate sourcing, interviews, and evaluation processes to select the best candidates.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements to reach appropriate candidates.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to facilitate an efficient integration.
