About the role
This position focuses on performance management within the Human Resources function, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Identify human resource and talent needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements to reach suitable candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to support new hires for a smooth and productive start.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
