Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Organise candidate screening, interviews, and assessment procedures.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements to reach targeted talent pools.
• Support onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
