About the role

This position is responsible for identifying human resource and talent needs, planning and managing the recruitment process, and supporting new employee onboarding to ensure a productive start.

Key responsibilities

Identify talent and workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans.
Organize candidate sourcing, interviews, and evaluation processes to select the best candidates.
Prepare and publish job advertisements to reach appropriate candidates.
Support onboarding activities for new hires to facilitate an efficient integration.
