Store Manager – Upper Hutt

About the role

Reduced To Clear is launching a new store in Upper Hutt and is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening and day‑to‑day operations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory control and visual standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule store staff to ensure high performance and excellent service.
• Manage financial performance, monitor sales targets, control costs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards in line with company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail store or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
