Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand identity projects for a fast‑growing creative studio. The role is full‑time, based in the Orewa/Silverdale area of Auckland, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branding projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Elevate concepts and build cohesive design systems that support brand worlds.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all visual deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior designers, helping them grow their skills.
• Act as the first point of creative support, resolving creative blocks.
• Collaborate with account and project management teams to prioritise workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements within the creative team.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in a senior design role.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, identity, and packaging design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and uplift the work of teammates.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Confident communicator with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong digital vector illustration abilities.
