Brand Design Integration Lead (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Fisher & Paykel, a global appliance brand owned by Haier, is hiring a Brand Design Integration Lead for a 12-month contract. Based at its new Global HQ in Penrose, Auckland, the role connects strategic intent with creative execution and shapes how the brand is experienced across markets and channels. It works across Brand & Content, Marketing Design, Global Marketing, Global Product Lines, Digital and Marketing Design Systems, in a hybrid way of working.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and marketing objectives into consistent, scalable brand experiences, narratives and content aligned to brand and messaging frameworks.
• Help shape strategic roadmaps and support NPI launches.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across teams, sequence content and deliverables across campaigns, and ensure the brand is expressed consistently in physical and digital environments.
• Work with Senior Brand Designers and Marketing Design Systems to develop playbooks, toolkits and exemplars that help teams create high-quality brand experiences.

Required profile

• Experienced brand, design or content professional, ideally in a design-led business or mass-to-premium brand.
• A strong portfolio showing branding and creative execution across digital, print and integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, brand systems and integrated campaign delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Design, Digital and senior leadership.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Design or a related discipline is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere is advantageous.
