About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Civil Engineer to lead a variety of infrastructure projects in Tauranga. You will work on‑site, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality civil engineering solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Prepare and review design documentation, calculations, and reports.

Required profile

• Qualified civil engineer with several years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
