About the role
We are looking for a Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join Roberts Heritage in Auckland CBD. This permanent full-time, on-site position combines retail and trade tile sales with hands-on warehouse support, offering a varied day-to-day experience and frequent customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with retail and trade tile sales, providing product information and quotations.
- Support warehouse operations, including stock handling, order picking and preparation for dispatch.
- Maintain clear communication between the sales floor and warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Perform a range of administrative and logistical tasks as required, contributing to a supportive team environment.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and proactive individual comfortable working in both sales and warehouse settings.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to handle varied inquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
