About the role
Cash Converters is looking for enthusiastic Retail Team Members to join our Glen Innes store. This is a full‑time permanent position with day‑only shifts, offering on‑going training and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the local community by providing financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases in a friendly retail environment.
- Provide financial solutions and advice as part of the Cash Converters service offering.
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in team outings, end‑of‑year celebrations and other cultural activities.
Required profile
- Available for full‑time, day‑shift work with no late‑night requirements.
- Willingness to engage in continuous on‑the‑job training.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a supportive team culture.
