About the role

Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a profitable retail outlet in Johnsonville, Wellington. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards, and developing a motivated team on a Tuesday‑Saturday roster.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance coaching.
• Drive sales targets and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and visual standards.
• Handle financial reporting, cash management, and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on meeting sales goals.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday roster and adapt to on‑site demands.
