About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our flagship store in Takapuna. You will work 3-4 days a week, including weekends, helping customers find the perfect products for their pets.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and recommendations.
- Maintain store presentation, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly manner.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising.
Required profile
- Passion for animals and a genuine interest in pet products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
