About the role

Join a festive team dedicated to spreading Christmas cheer across three Auckland locations – Silverdale, NorthWest and Botany. As a Retail Superstar you will help customers find the perfect holiday gifts while enjoying a lively, seasonal work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and maintain a tidy store presentation.
• Handle cash and card payments, ensuring correct change and receipts.
• Support special holiday events and promotions as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for customer service.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, seasonal retail setting.
