Project Manager – Industrial & Infrastructure

About the role

Frequency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Tauranga office. The role focuses on delivering technically complex industrial and infrastructure projects, often in operational or brownfield environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects from planning through handover across industrial, infrastructure and operational settings.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
• Support planning for disruptive works, staging, shutdowns or critical delivery interfaces.
• Contribute to procurement, contract administration and delivery planning.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions with project teams.
• Maintain a strong health and safety focus throughout delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in project delivery within New Zealand.
• Client‑side project management experience in industrial and/or infrastructure environments.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, engineering, construction or building services.
• Confidence coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and a solutions‑focused approach.
