About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Deco Eatery in Titirangi. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes while fostering a creative and collaborative environment. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to shape the menu and mentor a talented team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards.
• Develop and refine menu items in line with the restaurant’s concept.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Required profile
