About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic casual baristas to work across a variety of hospitality venues throughout Christchurch. This role offers the freedom to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle while gaining experience in different coffee settings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
- Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Available for casual shifts across multiple venues in Christchurch.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Barista skills – coffee brewing, milk frothing, espresso machine operation.
