About the role

The Reservations & Logistics Coordinator supports a leading luxury tour provider by handling guest reservations, coordinating tour schedules, and providing essential administrative and operational assistance. This on‑site position ensures seamless experiences for clients throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage reservation enquiries and bookings.
• Schedule tours and allocate resources to meet client itineraries.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the operations team.
• Assist with logistical arrangements to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Coordinate with transport and accommodation partners to align services with tour schedules.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update internal systems.

Required profile

• Experience in reservations, scheduling or logistics within hospitality or tourism.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of bookings during peak periods.
