About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic drivers and guides to lead visitors on New Zealand's iconic Great Walks. The role is based in Queenstown with occasional duties in Te Anau, offering a scenic office view and the chance to share the country's natural beauty.
Key responsibilities
- Transport guests safely to and from walk start points.
- Provide knowledgeable commentary on local flora, fauna and trail history.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during tours.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks before each trip.
- Assist guests with equipment loading and unloading as needed.
Required profile
- Valid New Zealand driver’s licence with a clean record.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Passion for outdoor activities and familiarity with the Great Walks.
- Ability to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays.
