Group Coordinator (Fixed Term)

About the role

IHC is looking for a Group Coordinator to support its People & Corporate Group in delivering good experiences and services across the organisation. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until December 2027, based in the Great Central Wellington area, with maternity leave cover. It is a varied, fast-paced role coordinating processes, supporting leaders and teams, keeping information accurate and helping day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across People & Corporate services
• Manage documentation, communications and operational processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and other people-related activities
• Help improve systems, processes and ways of working

Required profile

• Highly organised and customer-focused, able to work across multiple priorities and build strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Legal right to work in New Zealand

Required skills

• Strong coordination, administration and organisational skills
• Confidence using digital systems and business tools
